Does the product fit my country's electricity standard/plug standard?

How long does it take to get my products?
Processing time: We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days so that customers can receive their items promptly.
Free Shipping time: The timeline below provided is an estimate, and actual shipping times may vary depending on item availability, order volume, and the final destination.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mulights.com with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
What do I do if my product is broken during transport?
We strive to package your orders carefully and with appropriate protection to ensure you always an undamaged delivery. In the event that the goods arrive at their destination broken or damaged, we will replace the product at our expense.
Do you offer warranty for your products?
Our warranty provides a 2 year guarantee against manufacturer defects.
• The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect.
• It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mulights.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
